Historical reconstruction of the battles of the Caudine Forks during the second Samnite War, in which the Samnites of Gaius Pontius Telesino beat the Romans, imposing, then, the humiliation of passing under a yoke. The representation will be acompanied by a scientific congress on this chapter of the ancient history, held by Professor Luciano Canfore, teacher of Greek and Latin filogy at the University of Bari, uno of the greatest antiquity academics. The event is part of the cultural proposals of the "journey through traditions" created by the Campania Region.
